Cons

I have seen this company getting down day by day. The company has a huge scope of development but because of the worst higher management, it had experienced such great downfall. - Most of the people getting good opportunities here are either "relatives/friends" or "the talebearers" -Company talks and claims a lot about ethics and safety. You punch in and its all "gone" - If you are an honest, hardworking, polite person, this company is not for you my friend. If you get into it accidentally then learn to please people by being a Sycophant because your increment( if happens) is based completely on that. It will be a rare case that you'll get evaluated on the basis of your "Skills". - Do not get fooled with "off-friday" or "work-life balance" kind of things, even after spending 10 full hours at work, your lead will always give you a cunning look if you leave before him. The trick what most of the people follow here to please their leads is " to waste the first half, and stay back late in the second half to make a good impression". -If you cannot crack unnecessary jokes and cannot do backbiting of "peaceful introvert staff" you cannot win here. - Professionalism is an alien word here. If you think something bad has happened to you and you need to talk to higher management. A fair decision is possible in 2 circumstances: 1) either you are a personal favourite of that person 2) You have evidence to catch them red handed. Else forget about getting any help. - Don't ever compromise, nobody deserves it here. - If you don't work or do not perform good "it is acceptable", just be in goodbooks of few higher management people, you are through. -"Nepotism" has eaten up this company like termites. Don't get amazed when a person becomes your "manager" overnight. The comapny can "create" n no. of unnecessary positions to occupy "relatives and family members" of some bigshots. - If you only want salary, this company is great for you. If you want a career, just make up your mind and explore, else you will end up in a black hole after 6-7 years.
