Fluentgrid supports the utility, Grid and smart infra domains with several cutting-edge software products and solutions. Given that these verticals require a lot of government dealing which in itself presents unique challenges, the team has and continues to do a stupendous job in ensuring customer success. This passion for success runs right across the company at all levels, and the MD’s leadership is particularly praiseworthy. Equally so, I found that the policies and practices are always structured with employee welfare in mind. Definitely, a great company to work for and build your career.
