1. Highly insecure environment. Why? Two things. 1. Its a family business from owner and many people from top to bottom are relatives or friends or same caste people or one political party biased, referenced people which you will not know until you are exposed. Dangerous. You think you are speaking to someone good or open or friendly but all your opinions, and straight talk will be transmitted to top. 2. The other people who have been in this company since long time think they have done great job without having outside exposure. This is another group and they too maintain another gang. These people dont go not they let you grow. you will crushed in between dominating gang and this gang. 2. Its is mainly Vishakapatnam based company and only 1 small office in Hyderabad but contributes less to work since these Vishakapatnam people will not let them grow. Only Vishakaptnam employees who shifted to Hyderabad will be there all else left. 3. Owner has big ambitions but he gives salary in the end of second month. Yes its real. 4. You will be attracted while joining but once you resign they will delay your experience letter, final salary properly etc. they will delay for 4 or 6 months also. Compare this with other companies before you join. 5. The company thinks once you join you joined a google or microsoft like product company and the HR's think you might work for some of their competitors later. But fact is there are no competitors for it. They dont understand that their employees code is waste and unmanageable even they see some decades in this industry why we dont have competitors. Truth the other companys dont even consider this as their competitor. 6. You sign a bond that you will not work for 2 years in their product domain. It worthless even if it was great company because after 2 years you will forget knowledge. It is worthless to sign a bond for such useless, unmanageable code. So both ways its useless to you. 7. Except 20% all the others employees all are dangerous, caste biased, political party biased or headstrong with little knowledge they know about their product. They wont share nor let you grow. And higher level think you have to succeed in this environment. You are happy to join if you like these all. Managers knowledge is keep asking status no matter whats your problem but nobody cares your issues. They have no management skills other than that. Usual truth, All company are good and what they want is get clients, execute projects well and gain clients confidence and get profits. But this is different not employer friendly, once you resign they will start harassing you in all ways. Highly insecured environment with all biased, politics environment, half knowledge, no proper salary etc etc
