      Pros

      Fun place to work at, the culture at Flatpay is great overall and you bond well with other colleagues. The progression is rapid after a few months, which helps mould a career path here.

      Cons

      I understand that the company is still relatively new within the UK market so there will be changes, but I think that these changes has had a positive impact for the company.

      Good earning potential if you perform, with a clear commission structure. The environment is high-energy and social. Love the culture! There are also solid opportunities to develop and progress quickly.

      Cons

      It’s a very target-driven role with high expectations which can feel intense at times.
