My Delivery Lead is really flexible, and most are. Wide variety of technologies but that depends a lot on the actual team. Able to do some working from home. Voluntary days. Some help with relocation. The tech assistants are outstanding, the townhouse helps a lot.
Cons
Management is quite clueless how to homogenize the culture and drive better results. Huge gender and ethnic salary-gap. The People organization is extremely cold when dealing issues with you such as which health/dental insurance to have or if you need a cash advance.
