Huge disappointment - Anonymous employee Unisys Employee Review

When a company starts to reduce the costs somehow it concerns always the employees. -there was no salary revision during the past 2 years even if the inflation is more than 20% in Hungary -quiet firing is very common nowadays- everybody has to go back to the office 3 times/week -salary is a joke. -biorobot mentality -most of the managers are psychopaths (there are some amazing as well) -no trainings, you have to figure out the processes.
