      Pros

      None. Legitimately the most backwards management that can be found. As good employees leave they’re replaced by people who likely have never used a computer before. Worst part is we are not call center ... we are supposed to be the end resolvers.

      Cons

      A system that actively attempts to provide the worst support possible. Breaks apart jobs into silos that can’t communicate with each other.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
