Pros

Fluency in English and an interest in IT is enough to get hired, experience is really not needed. Training is provided on the basics, trainers are super nice and engaging. People are generally nice and respectful to each other. Can't speak for all teams but the supervisors I've met try to be flexible and accomodating and teams leads are available to answer questions. Good place to get started if you are coming outside from the SSC world. They are transparent about salary and benefits right from the start - take it or leave it.

Cons

Base salary is low compared to current cost of living and what would be expected in Budapest. There is a general issue both with micromanagement and information not being passed down the line, seemingly ad hoc decision making (no idea on what level) that adds unnecessary stress and makes planning ahead difficult.

Pros

The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

Cons

Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
