Working at Tipico as an AML Analyst was a rewarding experience that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The company is committed to maintaining a robust compliance culture, which is evident in its dedication to anti-money laundering practices. Pros: Supportive Work Environment: The team at Tipico is collaborative and supportive. Management encourages open communication, making it easy to share ideas and concerns. Career Development: There are numerous opportunities for professional development, including training sessions and workshops tailored to enhance compliance skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Dynamic Industry: Being part of the online gaming sector is exciting. The fast-paced nature of the industry keeps you engaged and constantly learning about new trends and regulations. Strong Ethical Standards: Tipico takes its responsibilities seriously, and as an AML Analyst, I appreciated the emphasis on ethical practices and maintaining a transparent operation.

Pros

Working for a large betting provider sounds good on a resume.

Cons

Members who work for a long time at the project are very toxic toward newcomers and tend to create maximum stress for them, often nitpicking every minor detail during code reviews for artificial or questionable reasons which they can make up on the fly. The overall code quality is very low but company ego as if this were a top-tier company like Google and people are nothing. There is also a practice of temporarily moving employees between teams for a single task — and every team I interacted with demonstrated the same toxic behavior.
