Business Outlook
Pros
The company values and the company culture you see advertised is actually true. C level and head of departments are the ones who push and lead by example of these values. Being part of Tipico means you need to work hard, but in return not only do you get benefits, you get personal growth and a chance to improve yourself everyday.
Communication is good and management is always trying to ensure that the level of good communication is sustained.
Cons
Different departments need to work better together. However, this is common in most companies .

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review of your experience with us.
We really appreciate your constructive feedback. Thanks!
- Strong team collaboration and supportive culture that fosters growth.
- Exciting projects involving cutting-edge technology and process improvements.
- Excellent work-life balance with flexible options and great colleagues.
Cons
- Occasional high workload during peak periods, common in fast-paced IT.
Working for a large betting provider sounds good on a resume.
Cons
Members who work for a long time at the project are very toxic toward newcomers and tend to create maximum stress for them, often nitpicking every minor detail during code reviews for artificial or questionable reasons which they can make up on the fly.
The overall code quality is very low but company ego as if this were a top-tier company like Google and people are nothing.
There is also a practice of temporarily moving employees between teams for a single task — and every team I interacted with demonstrated the same toxic behavior.
