Pros

Diverse workplace, many toolsets to work on, occasional vendor training, discounted shares, annual profit sharing, and fun events for the staff.

Cons

Outdated benefits package, one option for insurance, utilizes a “time bank” system over PTO, there is no such thing as sick pay, and using Sedgwick as the HR system for continuous leave is the worst part of working at TI.
