Pros
Pros are SOME colleagues, easy job, flexible in regards to hours, (can be happy atmosphere if the stores doing well stress runs down the line)
Cons
No real progression, frustrated colleagues who want recognition but never get it, clear favourites, easy work but very little time to do it, if you like picking clothes off the floor this jobs for you. Team leaders back hand their work onto trusted colleagues and often take credit, too many delegators, terrible communication, everyone gets treated like an idiot (unless your store manager) unprofessional, lots of backstabbing coming from all levels, managers come and go no real structure, change something one day then change it back the next. Big focus on customer service, and the "loyalty card" but all the customers do is switch tickets and throw merchandise on the floor. Terrible for theft. What more can be said, organised chaos in a nutshell.
