Well the team is friendly at first....until you get to actually know them. Some people are extremely fake and will want to know everything that goes wrong in your life so they can mock you....and then you have genuine people tjat are there to support.l you and actually give you advice

Where do I begin.... First of all the store manager has mood swings and let's out all his frustrations on employees... I was shout at for calling in sick with 3-4 hours before my shift, the goals they put up for you are just horrible.... You are expected on a normal day to come in and work for 4h and 30 mins and in this time do delivery which is just overwhelming, then you are supposed to maintain the shop floor which gets messed up every 5 minutes followed by 3 team leaders that will give you completely contradictory tasks .... Rarely they are on the same page. All these at once otherwise you are unworthy of the company.... The guys search your belonging without your consent or even without you being present there!!!!! So be aware!! They never let employees leave in time or open the door... I always wait 15 to 20 minutes after i clock out while a team leader is roaming around and finding anything that is wrong amd asks you to do it.... It is a very stressful job and if you dare to mention it to the manager....oh man prepare to be hated. Overall I started to comoletely hate this place and i would never under no way shape or form recommend it... Go work in construction but not in this place....
