10% discount 20% on specific weekends - approx once every 2 months Holiday pay - calculated over hours worked rather than contracted hours which was good as I always worked over my contracted hours Minimum of 8 hour contracts
Cons
Understaffed Always given ridiculous amounts of work to do in a small time period Under a lot of pressure, as this was a new store we were told they were firing lots of people who didn't impress them enough
