- sometimes understaffed, especially on the floor meaning the staff gets stretched thin and have to do multiple things at the same time e.g. I would be told to maintain the store but a person on the registers will need some help. There's no one else that is maintaining the store so when I come off the register, the store is a mess. - hires a lot of casuals, don't give them shifts but still for reason don't have enough staff
