      Team members are like family Customers are super friendly Easy to follow the flow of the store

      Cons

      Management sucks. They never listen to associates Hours are incredibly unsteady Constant problems that won’t get fixed Treated as replaceable Always short staffed yet always low on payroll Difficult to grow in the company Not worth it
