Pros
Good benefits package (thanks to parent company). The company is rapidly expanding into new retail markets. Parent company has a lot of capital to support future growth. Decent discount off product merchandise.
Cons
Recently certain departments were given an ultimatum to move to corporate headquarters (LA or Boston) or resign from their position. Heavily resistant to address personnel issues, especially within management levels. Employees are advised to "get used to" hostile personalities, rather than addressing the problems with members of middle management. Company operates entirely in silos, there is no fluidity between departments which promotes an "us vs. them" mentality.
