      There was no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      This company is slow to identify problems and extremely reluctant to fix them. They don’t want to hear their staff issues which created a very toxic environment. In my time there three people left one of which was to due to unequal pay.

      Organizational structure lacking in parts on a project level. Salary increase potential and career progression not a focus.
