Business Outlook

Pros

People in the Serbian team were mostly great, competent and hard working. Latest technologies, good projects still at the moment I left. Global teams and good practices (coding, agile, etc.). Canteen at the location. :)

Cons

Budget cuts since 2023, no budget for anything basically. In 2024 they did a reorganization and removed a lot of competent people from leading positions, also went into direction of moving management totally to Germany. Started cutting down good projects in advantage of introducing imaginary AI projects. A lot of people left in 2024-2025, in my opinion as a direct consequence of this new management not caring about the people in Serbia. Have in mind that this is department specific since Bosch has many different departments and situation can be very different in other departments. Salary is maybe similar to other non IT companies in Serbia, but under the average for the IT sector (and this holds for whole Bosch Serbia as far as I know).
