      Work culture and my colleagues are great even though its filled with old people they are ok

      Cons

      People stop caring when they see "Fixed term" before my name in the mail as I am on contract basis and for fixed term

      Great work life balance, good compensation, amazing 401k benefits, amazing corporate policies and processes, amazing opportunities to travel.

      Too much processes sometime take over the actual engineering work.
