Pros
technically innovative topics/work, very diverse and international working environment, good fellowship among colleagues throughout the entire organization (affiliate companies included), possible to get good work/life balance if desired
Cons
many plants in the greater Stuttgart area are practically only accessible via car (including getting from one office to another), often times outdated management practices (change is ongoing, question is how long it will take though)
