      Good communication with manager, no overtime, good working environment

      Cons

      Low Payment compare to other division of the company. Need to pay for the fine of training if you quit before contract allowed.

      Pros

      Benefits - Very competitive, some of the best I've ever had. Pay - Spec Techs top out in the lower 40's. The pay is competitive for sure. Overtime - There is a ton of OT available if you want it. I am averaging over 400 hours a year. Upper Management - The Plant Management is amazing. Anytime I have had an issue make it's way up to them, only twice, it was resolved in a matter of days.

      Cons

      Middle Management - Way too many "trying to move uppers", willing to do ANYTHING to do so.
