Pros
Everything is fair about employment. Work-life balance could be controlled by yourself - you chose what hours to work and what hours to be at home, but the sum of hours must be 39 per week.
Cons
39 h/ week is sometimes too much. For example, I couldn't be at work later than at 8h00, because it was an important task to do.
