Pros
Inspite of projects being scrapped, there were no pink slip incidents. Safe company to join. Many of my women colleagues agreed to having a work- life balance. Not much more hence no stress or overtimes. Occasional retreats and team binding activities are conducted to boost employee morale.
Cons
Having worked at RBIN, this place felt like a drab. No buzz, no activities. Even the cafeteria was a sad one. You have to arrive for lunch at 12, if you arrive anytime after 12:30 be prepared to go hungry for the rest if the day. Coz the food would be over and you would need to travel to next station to grab something to eat. There are no eateries nearby either. Besides, the cafeteria closes at 4 pm. So if you want to stay late and have a cuppa, well, make it yourself! Now let's talk about work. Most of them don't know what they're doing. One of my Chinese colleagues used to think it to be a super idea to up his betting skills in office. Some others can play table tennis from noon to evening, and leave for home tired. Some other departments start work around 11, then go for an extended lunch. All in all, a sad place to be in. Very disappointed !
