Pros
Very good work-life balance. Due to the very strong german unions it is nearly impossible to get fired.
Cons
Bosch is active on a lot of markets, but this review is from its automotive business unit. As the whole automotive sector, Bosch is very conservative. The core products are well established product lines with more emphasis on product management than on development. For engineers seeking a dynamic environment it may be no fit.
