      Good pay for the area, benefits and time off are not bad either. Employee discounts on entire Bosch line up.

      Cons

      Crazy work hours. Goes from from working 7 days a week 12 hours a day to reduced 32 hour work weeks to being laid of for weeks.

      Great work life balance, good compensation, amazing 401k benefits, amazing corporate policies and processes, amazing opportunities to travel.

      Too much processes sometime take over the actual engineering work.
