u r not removed from job even in the times of recession.Its like a govt job. once you get in u can stay there for whole of your career

U can least expect ur growth. do lot of documentation for very little developments you do. you are paid less. instead of paying 50000 for 1 person. they hire 2 people for 20000 + 20000 thereby saving 10000
