Pros
- Good onsite opportunity (For learning) - Learn German language for free (in fact many others depending on ur project needs) - If you are an YES man - carrier advancement is easy - Bosch Germany has good resources and good grip on latest technology - German counterparts are very helpful and supports only if you are approaching with background work done
Cons
Note: This applies mainly to RBEI and not Robert Bosch Germany - Very poor technical overview of middle/upper level managers - Very huge difference in salaries with same years of experience on same level (Ex: 5 years of exp. guy works at 5.8 lacs CTC and 3 years of Experience guy works at 4.2 lacs CTC at same level 51 - and amusing thing is the expectation from 3 years guy is much more then the other) - Upper management blames spreadsheet data entry error to justify the least amount of hike even after performing best on their grade (may be personal) - May be the first company in the world (RBEI) to advertise the fresher recruitment stating maximum 6 Ar`riere´ allowed in academic - Coimbatore is a factory for killing the young talent (my advise join small companies at less pay and learn something before joining this slaughter house full of bureaucratic buffoons) - So much of time needs to be spent on extra overhead due to process (CMMI level 5)
