Pros
- Clean and nice place to work in. - Stable workload and job protection - Work at your pace, no management breathing down your neck all the time - Easy to take off work and not due your job there is not many people who will take notice.
Cons
-No management what so ever. Its a joke if they do come out of there offices or stay employed for longer then a year at a time. -Management out of touch with what we do and employees (clueless) -Lots of career growth but with that doesn't come more pay -Crappy longterm pay and bad benifits. -Employees run company pretty much which causes problems among all employees at times. -Everyone thinks there a "boss" and theres no management to control the problem -Constant overtime and no employee recongination. -Need a/c it gets very hot in summer months -Need real rules and structure among employees. -Need better training and more employees to much responsiblity on 1 person all the time. Everything gets messed up and not done right. -Also if you dont click or fit in with the long time employees you will be out of a job or pushed out. -Employees are more in control then managment I know that from 6 years of experience doing it here as well. Its almost funny.............
