Little to no advancement opportunities for support roles, basically you will not advance if you are not an engineer. Management shows no concern about developing associates for advancement. The yearly review process is a joke, just another piece of paper that is filed and never looked at again. Management is more concerned with their own careers and have no incentive and no desire to help their associates. Recent layoffs were unnecessary and served only to preserve the bonuses for those lucky enough to get bonuses. Associates are treated as simple resources, that can be replaced. Human Resources should be more concerned with the Human aspect rather than the resource aspect.
