Pros
Extremely interesting customers. In general, employees are smart and hard working.
Cons
Not enough decision making delegated to the people working most closely with customers. Too much churn and anxiety related to continuous layoffs and satisfying Wall Street. Too much politics at the highest levels of the organization. Lots of outdated technology - not moving to the cloud fast enough.
