Pros
Great company, a lot of new things to learn. New products released all the time. People are very engaged and very skilled. Locally I enjoy working with everyone.
Cons
To many changes in strategy, not enough time to stabilize the situation. Very KPI driven and too much focus on this instead of doing a long term good job, as the KPI are changing on a yearly basis.
