Pros
This is the best company I've ever worked for. They care for you and will make sure you are happy and healthy. Salary is decent and middle management is exceptional.
Cons
Since it's a large company, it can be harder to ask and get a promotion because of the communication chain. Still doable though, just be a bit more patient.
