Fantastic set of innovative technology. Superb investment in employee skill development. Highly professional extended team of colleagues. Trusting environment, encourages independant thinking (mostly)
Cons
The career progression is very ad-hoc, and consulting "merit increases" are non-existent. The effect is that just to keep pace with inflation you need to find a route through the promotion path - which is easier said than done in a company which prefers to promote through acquisition.
