Pros
Good Healthcare benefits and PTO. Has a vast amount of internal CBT and self paced training of the software capabilities and functions.
Cons
Lacks a consistent direction and vision, changes the companies focus and direction without fully understanding what direction the company is going. Buys other software companies without understanding what the product do. There are no pay raises unless you get a promotion and promotions are based on internal political correctness verses knowledge and skills.
