Pros
I started working at one of the PTC "Solution Centers" as a software engineer. They hired me 2 days after graduating, with 0 experience. PTC put me through 3 months of training and set me on a great path to be able to do my job. After 2 and a half years with the company I was able to move on to opportunities that doubled my salary overnight
Cons
PTC's payscale was a little sad. The original salary was fine for a recent graduate with 0 experience, however after 2 years there wasn't much progression and was simply not competitive.
