      Pros

      Flexible work schedules Some fabulous managers that truly care Seaport office is in a great location if you’re not commuting

      Cons

      This place is a disaster. Everyone at the VP level has zero new or relevant skills and has been here for 15+ years. They’re friends of Jim and coast by despite being incompetent. The sexism within IT is outrageous - hello lawsuits. If 4+ women complain about one person and they’re not fired - that is a problem. Egos run rampant and you’ll be talked down to constantly.
