My personal experience was very bad - Technical Lead PTC Employee Review

No appreciation, NO HR. There is only one guy who handles everything. They have an HR dept but I havent had even a single meeting with any HR until my exit interview. So if you are facing any issue there is no one to turn to. Very poorly maintained premises. There are rats on the floor and cockroaches in the microwave. The work is not challenging enough. So you get stuck in a rut.
