There are many 1- HR and security guards assumes that they are owners of the company, guys you are just to help engineer other than that you are nothing. 2- Pune Marisoft, is as equal to jail, they interrogate you if you want to work late evenings and on holidays, again hr department and facility managers are stupid people 3- They think people working from india, are just to implement things, they never consider there opinions. 4- layoffs and low hikes makes company worst.
