Pros
Good PTO. Weekly socials for employees. Flexible work/life balance. Great effort fro HR to improve company and employee culture.
Cons
Awful compensation. From my experience upper management only cares about reporting up; not much support or communication with direct reports. Lack of clarity around who owns and does what, especially within the Customer Success organization. Morale is terrible. Layoffs are extremely frequent.
