Very good solution stack historically . CEO strong technical visionary but weak operationally with a naiveness, insecurity and immaturity that hinders his other strengths . Historically strong international business .
Cons
Nepotism does rule with services and operating execs in positions they wouldn't have attained without blood relationship. Historically strong sales culture has been eroded and no longer regarded as a company strength. Strategy exec has too much influence and been around too long . Needs to go .
