Pros
all the Pros were of the past. previously work from home option was there but that has stopped. Initially good pay.
Cons
You will find world class cheap managers in PTC India. A lot of micromanagement from managers because they don't have much work to do. Age old technology , after working here for several years you will have no market value. Managers will manipulate your salary hike as per their wish. (No standard way of giving hikes) .
