Pros
Good co-workers. Generous vacation allowances. Interesting technology space -- if they can hold focus long enough to execute on the vision.
Cons
No cost-of-living increases. Claw-backs on benefits. Profitability goals require staff layoffs (every 6 months, like clockwork). Complicated executive structure (many many vice presidents).
