- Toxic management - if you are a non-local, understand that you will be hired to work (on the weekends including Sundays where necessary) without any meaningful growth in your career ladder.
- Micro management/Leadership (speaking about Sailauf) OR the lack of it. Leadership is very short sighted. Eg: When the top management (eg.VP of engineering), needs to be build relationship with customer, develop long term tech strategy, he is busy debugging issues with Engineers. Lost in the weeds.
- The leaders are surrounded by inner group and is not open to hearing a different view.
- Bad work culture: Management will not guide or help you when the situation is bad. They will happlily throw you under the bus.
