Pros

1 hour lunch break beneficial, can sit outside on the courtyard or go off site. The job itself can be demanding but you can be given a variety of different tasks. Free food options are given for those on a type budget. Collaboration across departments is one of the best parts.

Cons

If your face doesn't fit, you won't progress in this area. Quality team are over bearing, management treat you like a number not a person always hovering over your work, it's not their fault though they are often stressed as more senior management ask for the impossible.
