Pros
The best part of working at Lyreco for me was the People and Culture team. They’re a close-knit group of talented and dedicated individuals, and I miss them all terribly. The company also offers fantastic benefits, including free meals and great trips through the Sports and Social Club. Another highlight is the wellbeing dog, Winston, as well as Dave the cat! Additionally, I enjoyed working with such a wide range of personalities across the business.
Cons
The main downside was the lack of communication between departments, which often led to confusion, delays, and unnecessary additional work. Some managers did not take the time to learn key processes, which meant that the People and Culture team had to pick up the slack. Additionally, I felt that the salary for my role did not reflect the level of responsibility and expectations placed on me.
