Pros
Very nice product selection and good business. Attractive job opportunities and in some departments very long term employments that give a good impression of the company. Everything looks very good on paper.
Cons
However, reality is not what it seems. Some departments have a very poor and discouraging work atmosphere with employees having little development opportunities and too much workload which leads to frustration, exhaustion, sick leaves and high employee turnover, especially in demanding expert roles. Other reasons are poor management, micromanagement and unnecessary bureaucracy. Very old-fashioned top-down management model where employees or mid-management are not trusted and given responsibility, but instead important decisions are made at the top management level without listening to employees.
