Business Outlook
Pros
Great stability, really good benefits, and a culture of ethics and integrity. LM does great work for its customers and there is really value in the shared purpose of supporting the US and other Governments.
Cons
With any big company, there are challenges with bureaucracy, process overkill, and corporate non-sense. I doubt LM is worse off than other big companies, but that is particularly draining at times.
