Cons
If you're on a small contract, potential for conflicts to be very difficult to resolve due to lack of oversight. Also, such a large company, if you don't look out for your career options and opportunities, you can miss a lot of chances. Be proactive. Waiting for contract extensions to know if you'll be employed can be unnerving.
