Great company in terms of flexibility. There are always options for growth depending on location and interest. Breadth of opportunities if you are willing to travel. Great for building a solid foundation for your professional career. A lot of people will be retiring so there's plenty of chance to take on more.
Cons
May get trapped into certain roles if not willing to move around. At times, they seem more focused on processes and not value.
